• You must be at least 18 years old to use ClientTasker.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all client data you enter into ClientTasker and for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payments & Billing

• ClientTasker is offered on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Data & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and uploaded files. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and promptly reporting any unauthorized access.

5. Service Availability

ClientTasker is provided "as is." We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClientTasker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
